Polishing machine

Fully automatic polishing and burnishing width polishing rings up to 1,050 mm in diameter.

The powerful automatic polishing machines of the APM 1000 series are preferably used in conjunction with robot handling systems.

The heavy, torsionally stiff machine stands are designed for up to 11 kW operating energy input and suitable for up to 200 mm wide disk stacks in the 1,050 mm diameter range, when worn down to 500 mm.

Brushing machine for aluminum wheel rims

High uptime, strong drive, high flexibility, and compact design are the outstanding attributes of this brushing center for deburring the inside of aluminum car wheel rims.

It is completely encapsulated and equipped with an air intake filter and enclosed waste air removal lines to keep the machine clean and in proper operating condition. Brushes and adapters for different rim diameters are simple and fast to exchange. Loading and unloading with robots.
